I suppose the first thing you want to know is: what do I know about this sector?


I will tell you, but first let me explain who I am.


I am an officially licensed property manager, certified by the Colegio de Administradores de Fincas de Barcelona y Lleida since 2017, with over 14 years of experience in the sector and a solid specialization in the Horizontal Property Law in Spain and Catalonia.


Throughout these years, I have worked extensively in the field of community management, something I enjoy immensely, experiencing firsthand the complexity involved in this work: legal responsibility, supplier management, handling emergencies, neighbor relations, and, of course, community meetings.


I have been in constant learning, training at the Colegio de Administradores de Fincas de Barcelona y Lleida, with various courses offered by them, and I have also trained in the sector at other private entities, such as Estudio de Empresa. Additionally, I have completed the Advanced Course in Property Management from the same college and I am currently strengthening my training at the University of Burgos, with the aim of perfecting my skills and continuing to offer quality service.


Precisely because of all this, and because I deeply love this profession, I have decided to give it a new approach: more flexible, more conscious, more human.


I observe the difficulty of reconciling the needs of all the clients to whom a manager is accountable, in a sector that often demands being available 24/7. Moreover, there is a reality I often hear from both communities and colleagues:

the lack of personalized attention.


That is why, I have decided to specialize in offering specific, limited, and well-defined services, allowing each client to hire exactly the service they need, when they need it, paying a fair price without permanent commitments.


On the other hand, if what you need is for me to manage your property, you can also hire me for that, and I assure you that there will be rules that we must all comply with.


So, after years of having this idea in my head, I decided to take a step further and create a formula more suited to the current way of life:

With 14 years of experience helping communities and property managers better manage their clients, time, resources, and accounts, I created La Casa del Administrador to offer timely and flexible services and eliminate the lack of personalized attention.


Many administrators are forced to manage a high volume of communities in order to sustain their activity, which inevitably affects the quality of service.


That's why I've decided to specialize in offering specific, focused, and well-defined services, allowing each client to contract exactly the service they need, when they need it, paying a fair price and without permanent commitments.


My job will be to help you solve a specific problem and, once the task is completed, our professional relationship will end... until the next time you need me.
