We offer an exclusive accounting service for homeowners’ association expenses, allowing every co-owner to access the accounts using their own username and password. They can automatically obtain the statement of account, giving them a clear overview of the financial position, as well as paid and outstanding fees.
€42 per month
For communities of between 2 and 10 residents, deposits and withdrawals from the Community Account will be managed.
€80 per month
For communities of 11 to 30 residents, incoming and outgoing transactions in the Community Account will be managed.
€100 per month
Communities of between 31 and 100 residents, with management of deposits into and withdrawals from the Community Account.
